Core and spinal exercises are best done daily
The challenge with modern life is just doing them, they are easy to do and easy not to do. Most people have busy days nowadays. In a world where we have faster cars, faster cooking appliances and quicker access to knowledge we seem to have less and less time in the day.
According to James Clear’s excellent book Atomic Habits it is easier to maintain a new habit if you link it to an existing habit.
One of the best ways to not forget to do your core exercises is to link them to brushing your teeth.
In the morning and evening, either do your core exercises then brush your teeth or brush your teeth then do your core exercises. It will only take a few minutes and you will feel a lot better physically and mentally knowing that they are done.
