A wise dentist once said only brush the teeth you want to keep.
There are 3 main areas of the spine your neck, midback and low back.
From a basic point of view the body does best when it is strong and supple.
Following on from the dentist’s advice only stretch and strengthen the areas of the spine that you want to keep healthy.
Look at stretching and strengthening your spine daily making sure to address all three areas.
You may be going through an acute episode where one area of the spine may require additional care short term, however, long term you would be wise to address all three areas.
